[Resolved] Flipkart — Gift Card not being renewed | |||||
Hello All I recieved a Flipkart Gift Voucher from my company Accenture. Now when i was trying to use it i see that this is expired by 3 days. when i called up the customer care guys they are not ready to renew it. They just want me to forget my money without even using it. I feel like cheated for no reason. This is not how it should be. This is very bad response from Flipkart and i am submitting this complaint to you to please take serious actions againts these companies who first try to be very good with their offers and later once they establish their market take people and their money for granted. Verified Support Apr 18, 2017 Flipkart Customer Care's response Our team has already provided information to the customer, that once the validity of EGV is over we can not renew it. Closing the case from our side.
