Flipkart — gift card of rs 3000 is blocked with account

I have gift card of rs 3000 in my flipkart gift card wallet and flipkart has blocked my account and now i am not being able to use it they said that i am using account for reselling purpose but from last six months i have not ordered any products from flipkart still they are not listening and without any reason they have blocked my account i feel like cheated by flipkart which is one of india's largest online shopping website so i kindly request you to unblock my account.

I Danish Ansari i had booked a tv of bpl the delivery date was 14 sep 2019. Not delivered now status is showing delivered ...i am very unhappy with the service provided by plipcart please see the matter.
