Flipkart — Gift Cards amount expired

Hy i have purchased 500rs Flipkart Voucher on 3 September 2021 but today when I check my account all 500rs money added in my account got expired it is very bad if I'm paying full amount to buy a voucher than it should be valid upto lifetime but they are doing very worng with there customer i want my full refund of my voucher they didn't give any discount while purchasing the voucher then why should I tolerate this 1 year limit try to give my full amount refund as soon as possible or give me a new Flipkart Voucher of rs500
