[Resolved] Flipkart — Gift Wrapping Charged but not provided | |||
Order Id - OD[protected] I ordered this phone on 13th May and recieved it today. I had to gift this phone to my dad and hence opted for gift wrap option for which you have charged additional 30 Rs.Though the amount is negligible when compared to the cost of the product but you are bound to give product as per the order. When i received the product it was not gift wrapped and hence defeated the purpose of purchasing the product in the first place from your site. This is high negligence from your end and I don't think i should continue placing orders from FLIPKART. What solution do you suggest in this case? Product can be replaced but Emotions are not something you can replace. Was this information helpful? | |||

Verified Support May 28, 2015 Flipkart Customer Care's response Tried calling customer and there was no response. So sent an apology e-mail to customer, also asking for alternate number and closing the case as the product is delivered.
