I am customer of Flipkart since 2013, more than 100 orders received till date. But now Flipkart customer service and logistics team are giving worst service even to regular customers. They don't care for customer any more. I am facing a problem in orderOD[protected]
Which I received on 17.10.2016, replacement policy is for 10 days. The product =girls dress received was wrong size and very low quality, I immediately requested for pickup and refund and I got confirmation mail but till date product is not been picked up and I have not received any refund even after making so many follow ups. I receive messages everyday days stating the delivery is been attempted and customer not present which is very worng and false information.
Amount Rs 1328 is pending and Flipkart is not supporting. I request everyone to please beware of Flipkart as they have started cheating.

Got a call from Flipkart but they are not ready to provide any resolution on this . I spoke to Rajshree - Flipkart Representative who was very rude and spoke to me in very harsh language and tone.

Spoke to customer and informed refund is already given and RVP will be done in 5BD. Customer was telling that 2 consultant were rude over call.

Spoke with customer as he said that the issue has been resolved as he had received the refund but he said that the service which he had got from Flipkart is very bad and he will share the negative feedback.

So we are closing the case from our end.
