[Resolved] Flipkart — got a damage iphone. not ready to replace/refund. | |||||
I have ordered an iPhone 5s (OD[protected] on date 6th Aug 2018. While product received on date 9th Aug I found handset screen distorted. Without any further investigation of handset with in 15 min I asked to flipkart customer care for refund/replacement and i just wrap the handset as i got it. They have initiated for return. but when pick up guy came he check each and everything and found another issue of IMEI no. mismatch on Handset and Box. He refuse to return and told because you didn't mention IMEI mismatch issue can't take it back. Now i again contacted multiple time to customer case but 4 return request has been canceled without any discussion. Now they are not ready to even take it back or to replace or to refund.
