[Resolved] Flipkart — got a damaged mobile phone but not returned | |||
Respected sir/madam I, subhajit daripa had purchased a phone on flipkart but turns out the phone is damaged. I have requested a return of the product but haven't got any proper neither service nor any assurance of getting cash back and not even replacement. Besides the phone is also both hardware wise and software wise.in order to get volte on my phone i have to update my system but system update is not taking place at all. Verified Support Aug 09, 2017 Flipkart Customer Care's response As per the complaint the product replacement was approved and new product will be delivered today same info has been given to customer.
