Order ID: OD[protected] Respected Sir/Madam, I have raised Refund 5 times till date. Every time I am raising a refund/replacement, they cancel it from their end. I am very frustrated because I have already called their Customer Support for at least 50 times during these 10 days. Nobody gives any proper solution, all they do is useless assurances. I am so much helpless that I don’t know what should I do to get my hard earned ₹1510/- back. The jeans I have received is totally useless to me. I had paid for a premium brand and the seller was Flipkart Assured as well. I am very eager for any kind of investigation or inspection that Flipkart wants to arrange but they are doing nothing and just harassing me by not helping me and giving monotonous replies every time I call them.
