[Resolved]  Flipkart — Got an email saying the item has been delivered but its not delivered to the given address

Hi Flipkart, Please be informed that, I have purchased a Moto G 2nd Gen mobile last week and today I got an email saying the item has been delivered at 7:55 pm IST. But I didn't get the item to the given address below: #3, Prerana Nilaya, 1st Floor 33rd main, Abbaiah Reddy Layout 6th Phase JP Nagar, Behind Inchara Hotel, Bangalore - 560078 Could you please log a complaint and track the shipment. Dear Flipkart Team,

I had placed an order of Mi 5(gold 32 GB) having OD no[protected] of which last date of delivery was 07 oct 2016 but somehow it get delayed and customer care executive assured me that i will get my order on 10th of oct till 1.00 Pm, then again i received message regarding delaying order by 7 pm on the same day of 10th oct 2016, now when i called customer care to ask for status they said now its again delayed for one day and will be delayed on 11th Oct 2016.

Although i informed customer care executive that the last date when i could receive order is 10th oct 2016 because i have flight today but still no response from customer care even i didn't get any call regarding this.

I request you to please stop delaying products delivery and if you can not deliver product then do not disturb people as we have lots of other work also apart from tracking order and talking to your customer care uselessly

This was my first order on Flipkart and i got lots of Disappointment in place of geting my order on time.
