[Resolved]  Flipkart — Got an empty box from Flipkart

I have ordered LYF flame 8 from Flipkart. But when I opened the parcel. There was nothing inside the parcel. You can watch my video for proof. https://youtu.be/r0sYfmMiMdk
But when I requested, first time my replacement was approved but when shipment was delayed, I called upon Flipkart for refund. They told me to wait 8 hours but after 3 days, My return request was disapproved saying

I again requested for return but they are continuously disapproving my return requests. My order no. Is OD[protected]. Please provide my refund/replacement as soon as possible.
