[Resolved] Flipkart — got defective product and they are not replacing my order since 10 days | |||||
I order whirlpool 7 kg semi automatic top load, washing machine red, color: red on Order id:od[protected] item) Order date:sun, aug 27th '17 1:14 pm And receive order fri, sep 1st '17. The order is defective, dryer of machine is not working. And floral print mention in display of flipkart is missing in actual product. I call flipkart many time for replacement and they said tech visit will done and order will replaced. I logged number of complain but the issue is still not resolved. If i will not get the replaced order within 24 hrs i will file the complain in consumer court. Was this information helpful? | |||||
