[Resolved] Flipkart — got defective product delivered | |||||
Hi, My name is navin keshari, i had ordered moto c plus from flipkart and i received the same. But its getting auto switch off. When i asked for resolution flipkart sending technician who doesn't have any kind of knowledge they just do faatory reset and saying now phone will work properly. Again facing same issue. When i called customer care they are saying take it to galary. Even i raised complaint under return policy. Its completely wastage of time and money, never trust on flipkart products Was this information helpful? | |||||
