[Resolved] Flipkart — got defective product. want my money back | |||
I ordered moto e4 plus on 13th novemeber 2017 and product got delivered on 15th november 2017, but the product was defected - randomly getting switched off, charger was not working, phone get restarted randomly etc. I requested for replacement, but the request was rejected, this happens for 3-4 times. I called customer care many times and finally they accepted return request, but again technician dosen't file the complaint and request is again rejected, this process is happening since 25th nov till now. These companies just take money and in return give nothing. I am very upset with the flipkart services and will never order anything from now on and will recommend everyone not to order anything from flipkart.
