[Resolved] Flipkart — got empty box of the product | |||||
I bought one product netgear orbi router on 25th jan of 2018 order id : od[protected]. Got the product on 31st and when i opened the box it was completely empty like there was main brown box packaging and then the blue product box only there was literally nothing else in the whole package!! I filled return of the same product od[protected]. I waited almost 12 days i was calling and emailing the customer care or say "support" each day and i was told that it will be sorted within 24 or 48 hrs! Your so-called support team promised me that we have rule that within 12 business days it will be sorted out but nothing happened so i kept calling and emailing you but still nothing happened so finally i complained on twitter and luckily got a response and promised that the issue will be sorted within 24 hrs.in the morning today got sms and mail saying that the seller has cancelled your refund request and also saying that we have seen many return requests so we are unable to process any return request so on and on. There was also stated that you are also banned to login to your account and shop from flipkart! If anyone has done shopping with flipkart than it should mean that they cannot return the product even if the product is defective or damaged! Od[protected] this order when i am getting empty box than any normal human will surely react by returning it obviously! Flipkart has banned my account and i can not use it even if i wish to... Apr 6, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Mar 05, 2018 Flipkart Customer Care's response We will revert on it.
Verified Support May 26, 2018 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint stating that the product was missing in the package when it was delivered. We have interacted with the customer and informed that as per the update from courier service provider the package was intact when it was delivered and the product was inside the package. Hence, we are unable to accommodate customer request for the replacement to be issued. Closing the complaint from our end.
