[Resolved] Flipkart — Got Mobile yesterday..Overheats today. Need Refund

Hi, My order id is OD[protected]. I got the mobile yesterday evening and after 100% of charging, I checked the mobile. I was browsing for 5 min.. the temparature went to 38 degrees. soon then installed apps and saw some video.. in another 10 min the temperature went to 47 degrees. I have attached screenshot proofs with this. I need refund for the order. Please return and refund. I am not satisfied with this mobile for my heavy use. Thanks, Selva

Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer had complained stating his handset gets heated up and there is hanging issues in it. We have already addressed this complaint and replacement is also approved. So closing the complaint as the issue stands resolved.
