[Resolved]  Flipkart — Got wrong product again and again

I placed an order for sony MDR XB400 headphone on May 13, 2015 as a Birthday gift to my brother. When he received the product, we were shocked as it was some other headphone. I was very upset to see my brother disappointed. However I raised a request for replacement but again I got some different headphone. It was really very disturbing that flipkart is repeating same mistake. As Flipkart demolished all our feeling therefore I demand for the compensation for all the pain we faced and for all the hopes, flipkart destroyed.
