My ordeal with #Flipkart began when I decided to buy a graphics card based on the previous reputation of #Flipkart(1/13).
What followed was a nightmare with close to INR 67000 stuck with them in three orders.Support tickets - IN[protected] and IN[protected] - for order placed on 26-Jul-22, wrong item delivered om 01-Aug-22(2/13).
I ordered (order# OD[protected] a graphics card worth INR 22374 and got a motherboard in the package. I raised a return request and as #Flipkart and was asked to submit my Aadhaar card to process a return(3/13).
This in itself is a violation of my privacy as for purchase you do not need Aadhaar card but for return of a wrong item you need to submit Aadhaar card to #Flipkart(4/13).
Pure attempt by #Flipkart to delay the process. I submitted the documents on 04-Aug-22 along with photos of the incorrect product I received. Refund ID -[protected], pending from 26-Jul-22 and #Flipkart is holding INR 22374(5/13).
Anyway, as #Flipkart does not usually take more than a week to process wrong deliveries, I ordered another graphics card with order ID OD[protected] valued at INR 23275 on 02-Aug-2022(6/13).
On 05-Aug-2022, the order status has been updated as delivered. No delivery was done to me, no OTP was sent to me, the item is not with me. I called #Flipkart and they logged an issue with ID IN[protected]. This one is not resolved as well(7/13).
Against my wife's advice, I ordered another graphics card from her account as my trust in #Flipkart was'nt lost yet. This one was with order ID
OD[protected] @ INR 21472. This order was placed on 03-Aug-22 and the status changed to delivered on 03-Aug-22 itself(8/13).
My heart sank and I logged an issue with #Flipkart customer care and it is yet to be resolved. All in all, it is nearly 22 days and INR 67121 is held ransom by #Flipkart. The torture started on 26-Jul-22 and today is 17-Aug-2022 and there is no resolution(9/13).
#Flipkart wants me to fill a form, claiming that they will file an FIR and provide MY details to the seller. If a seller is able to do this kind of fraud, I am worried about my family's safety as the seller has add./PH# of myself and family(10/13).
Looks like #Flipkart just wants to get rid of the issue and has no regards for customer's safety, money, or well-being. We made note of some names of people who were ethical enough to give us their last name. Nisha Panchal, Areeva Asim, Sachin Kulkarni, Rabiya Basri S(11/13).
I have to pay the credit card bill & interest for the inefficiency of #Flipkart. NO seller verification-remediation if customer is duped-help from customer care, we just get scripted answers & have to repeat entire story to whomever we speak at #Flipkart customer care(12/13).
