[Resolved]  Flipkart — grocery 1 item missing

I ordered grocery item and i got missed. The delivery person told me that he will update and i should contact the customer care. I contacted immediately (Less than 5 mins of delivery), they are saying that its not their responsibility and when i ask him to transfer the call to supervisor, he just kept it on hold and told he is busy. This is not correct approach and i recorded the complete call. They have all the details but not sharing. They are asking me to contact the delivery person again but i dont have the number.

This is not correct behavior. I paid to flipkart not the delivery boy and they should take the responsibility for the missing 1 item.

I can share the recorded call if needs be

Customer raised a complaint stating that 1 product was not delivered. We regret to inform that 1 product was not delivered by the courier service provider due to unforeseen reasons. The seller has confirmed that the refund has been completed on May 21, 2019. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.

The refund is not reached till now to my account. Again refund is not an option, you need to make sure you deliver the ordered item. Its simple count of say 20 items before packing by checking the bill and the items right. If thats not happening then i guess you have to implement this so that others are not affected. Also people will trust you. Believe my words, if you improve / follow the process you can win in the market and get good customers.

Another issue going on from 19th May with Flipkart is tracked under reference Incident: IN[protected]

Flipkart is not providing proper information to customer and every representative is telling new story. They are not believing the customer but blindly believes their supplier. They claimed that they refunded the amount for the cancelled item on 19th May itself and forced me to check with bank. I did all possible things that they asked me to do and also proved now that the refund is not initiated. Earlier they mentioned refund is completed and today they mentioned that they did not even charge for the cancelled product but i proved that all are wrong statement by showing my card statement. Why are they not able to find the refund status. Is there no process in place. Before even contacting me they can check from their side itself that how much amount charged for that order in dispute. They simply trying to force the customer to contact bank wasting all of our time. Flipkart wasted their time, i wasted my time and bank wasted their time. If we have proper process in place we all could have saved our valuable time here.

I have the complete mail thread and i can attach it here if you guys want it. I am not doing that now as it has my bank statement as well.
