[Resolved] Flipkart — grocery 1 item missing | |||
I ordered grocery item and i got missed. The delivery person told me that he will update and i should contact the customer care. I contacted immediately (Less than 5 mins of delivery), they are saying that its not their responsibility and when i ask him to transfer the call to supervisor, he just kept it on hold and told he is busy. This is not correct approach and i recorded the complete call. They have all the details but not sharing. They are asking me to contact the delivery person again but i dont have the number. This is not correct behavior. I paid to flipkart not the delivery boy and they should take the responsibility for the missing 1 item. Jun 23, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support May 22, 2019 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint stating that 1 product was not delivered. We regret to inform that 1 product was not delivered by the courier service provider due to unforeseen reasons. The seller has confirmed that the refund has been completed on May 21, 2019. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.
