Please check the images attached. The grocery bag was not sealed and was just knotted, please see the images attached. The lal shahi's Mysore Pak of 400gm of Rs 149-/ was opened and half eaten and this disgusts me out during this covid time. The delivery person didn't bothered to open the bag infront of me and check it. He dropped it and went away after I paid him. I have recorded a video for proof from the time of opening of the bag and seeing the inside contents of it because it was my 1st time grocery shopping from Flipkart and I had read bad reviews on twitter. I am returning the product based on the chat with a customer service executive as she said replacement is not possible. Please initiate me a refund asap dear flipkart. I won't go back to the flipkart grocery section I promise. 1st and last time it was.

Please find out who did this and I request you to make sure that no other customers have to go through this yuck experience.

They didn't take the tampered and eaten sweet item back so I have thrown it in dustbin fearing covid situation. I said them on call and message that the opened and half eaten box is lying in my drawing hall since 2 days and I have senior citizens at home. But I didnot get any call about product pickup. Only 150/- was refunded to my bank account by imps and a sms received that refund has been issued and case is being closed. Done and dusted with flipkart
Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
