[Resolved] Flipkart — grocery delivery money

I have placed an order on 16/02/2020 order no od[protected] they already taken money and not delivering my order from two days it's showing complete negligence and everyday i am trying customer care giving reason of technical issue. Everyday giving message of out for delivery but not received my order. Please take necessary action and do the needful for my money i paid and my order.
