[Resolved] Flipkart — grocery item | |||
I had order grocery items on flipkart app, the time of accepting the order dishoom in the system that the items available but last 12 days they are not able to to deliver the grocery items even if they don't have stock why do they collect orders and accept payments. Despite several emails they don't have a courtesy to revert back on emails there executive calls after 24 hours of the email and ask some time from us stating they will get back to us i don't understand from last 10 days if they are not capable of work from home culture why do this companies even work from home. Even when we call for a higher level escalation they say then office is closed due to covid 19 and are unable to coordinate with their seniors for escalation. I do not know faith in flipkart.
