Flipkart — Grocery item delivery

I ordered my product on 4th August consisting of product whiskas cat dry food, temptation creamy, and a dairy whitener. Delivery was supposed to be on Sunday 7th August. Since then they have been continuously rescheduling the delivery and customer service are also of no help they just say to wait for few days and now i has been more than a week. It is a prepaid order as well they took my money and it's like they do not want to deliver the product, also there is no option to cancel those orders under some policy of theirs.
So, i need to be compensated for the false delivery date and this worse service both from online store as well as customer service.
