[Resolved] Flipkart — Grocery missing

Order Date: 04 Oct 2021 Order ID: OD[protected] Flipkart is providing an offer with the name of "Steal Deals" in which around 3 products are available for Rs.1 and Rs.19 respectively but a customer has to make a purchase of Rs.600 or above for making an order. I have ordered 25 products which totalled Rs.1200+. At the time of delivery 4 items were missing of which they sent a refund immediately. Problem here is that I am being cheated as 2 of the items which were missing belongs to the category of "Steal Deals" and I wanted those items not a refund as I only ordered because of that particular "Steal Deal" offer. Products missing are 1. Ananda Ghee 100 ml Carton ₹1 2. Flipkart Supermart Home Essentials Lavender Blocks ₹19 3. MACARIZE 01 pc Heart Hold Stainless Steel Long Lasting Safety Kitchen Lighter Plastic, Steel Gas Lighter ₹49 4.
