I ordered a grocery basket worth 3095 Rs from Flipkart on 29th October 2023. It was supposed to be delivered on 31st October 2023. However, I did not get my order on that date. When I called the customer service to understand the reason behind the delay, they said it will be delivered by the 4th of November. I was patient and waited till 4th and when I still did not recieve the order, I called customer support again and they delayed it till 7th. I wanted to cancel the order but they said cancellation was not possible. The date kept getting delayed from 7th to 10th, then from 10th to 12th, 12th to 15th, 15th to 17th, 17th to 20th, 20th to 22nd and now 22nd to 24th of November. I get no update about the order on the flipkart app and everytime I call the customer service, there is a new person at the other end where I have to explain all the issue from the beginning.
The customer service executives are completely clueless and repeat the same dialogue everytime where they say " We will highlight your issue and forward it to our seniors" and they have no idea what happened to the order.
I am completely fed up with this pathetic treatment by Flipkart where they are unable to cancel the order and refund me and also are unable to give me any details about the order. I need recompense from Flipkart for their treatment of my order during this period that has been mentally exhausting for me.
