Flipkart — had paid the amount twice

My name is vinay bangera and i had placed an order for two items. The first time, the order was not placed successfully and i was given an 'undefined" message on my screen but the full amount was debited and no receipt or delivery date was shown. I placed the order a second time and this time it was placed successfully and the amount was debited again. I would like to ask for a refund for the first attempt as the money was debited in an unfair manner.

Issue : Amount debited twice.
Resolution : We would like to inform you that our seller has confirmed that the refund is already initiated on 04/01/2018 and asked to check with the bank and provided the transaction ID and closing the complaint from our side.
