[Resolved]  Flipkart — handset R95740 /Asus

Hi, We bought an Ausus handset R95740 vide tax invoice no: del[protected], dt: 04/12/2014. After a week, we found that the phone was not charging . We lodged a complaint and a call came to my father's mob no: [protected] and since he was at work, he could not attend and the person who called, took our home landline no and promised to call. Again on 12th we called flipkart and complained and were told that they will call back in 48 hours. We want you to resolve this issue since we bought this ph with lot of expectation . if you check your record, we are flipkart's regular customers.
