Flipkart — Handset with issues delivered to me | |||
I ordered a Lenova A6000 Plus thur Flipkart from WS Retail and the invoice number is #BLR_WFLD[protected]. This product was purchased as a gift for my dad's birthday, so we packed it without opening and kept unchecked. We know that the replacement policy in valid for one month and the faith we kept on flipkart and its subsidiary WS Retail, we believed the product is in pristine condition. But after opening the box, we found that the mobile is having some hardware issues and approached flipkart. Flipkart responded as per their module, they can't replace it and advised us to approach the service center. The service centre guy don't have that expertise to diagnose the problem and simply reset the handset and gave back to us. The problem still un resolved and we couldn't use the handset. Please help me in the future formalities which i should do or precautions i should follow during my next purchase from flipkart or WS Retail. Thanks.
