I booked a flight in the morning but didn't get any confirmation either by email or mobile no. The tickets we’re showing are pending we didn’t get any confirmation.
I called customer support and I was conveyed that the payment was received and your ticket status would be updated within 5 hours. I have been asked to wait with no email again.
Post this I waited for the mail or any confirmation but nothing was provided to me and apparently left with no option but to call back customer care after 8 hours and they lied that the payment is failed and no flights would be booked through in the morning the same lady confirmed that the booking is confirmed and payment was successful, you will get your confirmation soon.
There is no mail intimation provided by Flipkart till now and we have literally cried with customer care but the lady kept refusing and didn’t transfer the call to senior executives. Now they need to send me a confirmation ticket (as the price has been increased) also with the compensation amount as I have been harassed by Flipkart and struggling with my health.
Please take this matter seriously as this is the 2nd time we have faced similar issues with Flipkart and they are literally taking bookings that they do not process. Was this information helpful? |
