I bought mobile vivo y51a on 13.09.21 which is defective and automatically switchoff raise a complain on 16.09.21 after regular followup with costomer care they send technician to see battery issue which is totally diffrent from my complain . Technician not want to understand my issue and till 21 days no assurence is given by flipcart for replace / return or refund of the product. It is very poor service provide to customer by flipcart and harrasement to customer if any one buy from flipcart. We should protest this type of company if they not provide quality of service to customer. Was this information helpful? | |
