[Resolved] Flipkart — harassment for exchanging my phone | |||
Dear sir, Good day. I want to raise my below concern and please advice accordingly. I bought a phone from flipkart under exchange programme. This was my 3rd time for buying my phone and every time i clarified with costomer care regarding one issue that my phone has minor scratches on the body, and they say that will be exchanged. But everytime delivery boy come, and say, even if you call flipkart ceo he will not take. I have read flipkart policy, they didnt say any thing about scratches. I want to make issue for this concern.
