I brought a Micromax Canvas Nitro A311 from Flipkart; order no OD[protected]. I found issues with battery life of the product. I placed a replacement request and Flipkart has asked me to install Smartchk app for diagnosis. This app needs activation and I am still waiting for two weeks for Technical Service to call me and provide activation PIN. Every time I call customer service they will assure I will get a call in next 24 hours, but waiting from 06/05/13 until now. And then they closed the request without any explanation on 5/14. This is not a good way of customer response. I reopened for replacement request, either provide me a new handset or refund my money back. This is not good for flipkart.
