I've ordered realme TechLife 7.5 kg 5 Star Rating Fabric Safe Wash Fully Automatic Top Load Grey on 29th sep 2022 through Flipkart and got it delivered on 9th oct 2022 (Order ID: OD[protected], my Installation & Demo was Scheduled for 10th oct 2022 I also got the details of the Installation Engineer but he never came and also never received my calls, on second day 11th oct 2022 in the morning I checked the installation status and found out that Flipkart automatically cancelled my installation & demo so I rushed to Flipkart customer service & made complaint about this and they said we have rescheduled your installation on 11th oct 2022, but same scenario as well no one came for the installation, I again raised complaint & asked for the installation asap and they said wait till the 14th oct 2022 your issue will be 100% resolved and if you want fast installation get it done by a third party person, I lost it at this statement from Flipkart customer service staff and said why are you selling appliances if you can't give installation & demo for the same, why the customer bear the load of a third party installation engineer and why we as a customer waste our time, it's been 4 day's now no one came to installation & demo of my product nor I've got any call from the Installation Engineer which they keep assigning the same person back to back named "DHEERAJ SINGH", this person is never received my single call till now, and thier issue resolving deadline also coming to an end but no progress so far now they also keep extending the issue solving deadline day by day, I'm really fed-up of this behaviour of Flipkart and writing this to all consumer forums so that other consumers will see this and Never buy an appliance from Flipkart, they tie-up with the world's worst and unprofessional Company "Jeeves", which has a bizarre level of bad history in serving the customers, I'm mentioning the all details and attachments related to this issue below so that it will get easy for everyone to understand:
1st Installation Scheduled Details:

2nd Installation Scheduled after they automatically cancelled my 1st installation:

Product: Realme TechLife Washing Machine (RMFA75A5G)
Case ID: FLIR-5TC7DN-HF9JY8-JOM7B3-PT9H62E
Company: Jeeves by Flipkart
After this they keep sending me same case id and same Installation Engineer details daily but never send person or call for the same, and this person never receive my calls, I also can't open the machine on my own as they the company will void my warranty or nor listen to me if I got the damaged product, the machine is keep sitting in my room sealed pack and untouched.
Now, I Just want my full refund and get my product returned I don't want to continue this calling game daily as I'm an employed person and don't have much time to keep tackling this nonsense, I'll not bear any other future charges in the returning process, I just want my refund which I've paid for the same product, if they can do this kind of torcher to a "PLUS MEMBER" then I can't imagine that what they do to the normal member's.
