Hi, i had made an order of samsung a50 on 28th august ‘19. Payment was through and amount debited from my account but no confirmation received. When contacted flipkart customer service i was told transaction is in pending status and i will get notification either of oder confirmation or refund within 24 hrs. I waited for more than 24 hrs but no update arrived. So again contacted customer service and this time they told i have wait for resolution for 6 days more as it is pending with seller. I do not understand the logic behind this waiting game. When i am giving proof of my payment and asking for refund it should have been done immediately rather playing a waiting game. As a customer i am not bothered what agreement flipkart has with their logistics suppliers. Now for any technical fault why a customer will suffer. It’s really unfortunate and irresponsible conduct from flipkart. Do not let customer to refrain using flipkart in future.
I paid rs. 18490/- and i want my money back asap. Please take this as my official complaint against flipkart customer service department and policy management as well.
