[Resolved] Flipkart — headphone refund | |||
It was mentioned that it has 10 day return policy and now it changed to 10 day replacement policy. They are cheating now. I have sent many mail to flipkart and none of them have proper response and they totally deviate from the topic. I even asked why it is changed to replacement form return but now they are saying that the seller will only accept replacement. My order id is od[protected]. Was this information helpful? | |||

Verified Support May 05, 2018 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint regarding the return of the product. We have interacted with the customer and raised a return request for the refund of the order. The seller has confirmed that refund has been completed on April 27, 2018. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.
