[Resolved]  Flipkart — headphone refund

It was mentioned that it has 10 day return policy and now it changed to 10 day replacement policy. They are cheating now. I have sent many mail to flipkart and none of them have proper response and they totally deviate from the topic. I even asked why it is changed to replacement form return but now they are saying that the seller will only accept replacement. My order id is od[protected].
