My account has been blocked since 2 weeks and reason for blocking my account was "unusual returns". I never knew that there is any such criteria and wasn't mindful about it. I apologize for the trouble faced by sellers. I am a Plus Member of Flipkart and i am quite a loyal customer. All my orders are prepaid and i have my genuine reasons for returning. And as a customer i have the right to return according to my choice and within prescribed terms and conditions. And if there is any problem flipkart team should have contacted before blocking me.
It's not fair to straight away block the account without any prior warning. I am constantly contacting customer care and also tweeted but the response is not what we expected from such dignified service providers. Very disappointing and tiresome. I am accepting my mistake and confronting it and it's time for Flipkart to come forward. I also have some issues with my recent orders but i am totally not able to access my account.
