[Resolved] Flipkart — I'm unable to receive my refund for 4 orders! | |||||
So i recently started shopping on flipkart and ordered a few products, some of which were extremely good and i decided to keep and a few had either wrong sizes or defective piece was sent. I requested for a refund on the app and here my problem starts. They informed that the refund would be done in a day or 2 and i waited for an entire week. Then i receive a message saying that my refund was unsuccessful and my bank details were wrong, i updated them with the correct details thinking i was wrong, but the next day i received the same message. This has been going on for over 3 weeks now!! My money above ₹2000 is stuck with flipkart and i need a refund as soon as possible. I've spoken to countless people in their call centres and sent hundreds of messages on twitter and emails! If this isn't done soon, i might have to approach the consumer court as this is just a violation by such a big firm in our country!! Was this information helpful? | |||||
Dec 27, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Nov 18, 2018 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint regarding the refund of the order. We have interacted with the customer and confirmed that the refund amount is reflecting in customer account. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.

Sir I want to say that today l got my mattress combo but one pair of shoes is not that I have ordered it was of no. 8 but insert I place my order of no 4. Shoes please help me to change my combo order ...!!
