@flipkart @pmoindia this is not a right way to treat your customer if you can't satisfy your customer with your services then you will going to block him... I recently purchased bosh juicer mixer grinder. After the use of just 5 days i found that it started smoke.. I placed a return request. And then your engineer makes an visit to my home, checked the product and pick the product from my home... After that i purchased sparks shoes of no. 7.. You send me a pair of shoes with one shoe of 7 no. And other one of 9. No. Can you please explain how a person can wear shoes of 2 diffrent size.. Please explain me... After that i m having an order of redchief shoes.. Unfortunately i ordered no.9 due to unavailability of no 7... So i placed the return requestand again placed a correct order with correct details... At last i ordered one sony headphones worth of rupees 2000 but both times you delivered the product having defected mick.. There js not mentioned anywhere you van not return items if you are not satisfied with our services... You mentioned there easy returns. And i m returning products if they are defective your executive check the product and then he pick the product from my home... Recently i purchase vivo v11 pro... Customer raised a complaint stating that customer account has been blocked. We have interacted with the customer and informed that customer request for return can not be initiated due to high number of returns. Hence, closing the complaint from our side.
