[Resolved] Flipkart — Higher price offered/charged for same product Moto G5 Plus with Exchange | |||||
Hi Sir/Madam, This is with reference to Order No- OD[protected]. I had order Moto G5 Plus (Lunar Grey, 32 GB) with Exchange (IMEI_No : [protected] Model : Moto G 4G) for Rs 12, 899 but it was cancelled from your side due to some issue after 5 days from date of order. I have again order Moto G5 Plus (Lunar Grey, 32 GB) with Exchange (IMEI_No : [protected] Model : Moto G 4G) but this time with high price of Rs 14749 which is unacceptable as the order was cancelled from Flipkart side. As a customer I should be getting fair deal. It is totally an unacceptable and unethical behaviour from Flipkart. So request you to please look into the order and refund the amount that as a customer I have to pay[protected]=1850) for wrongdoing from Flipkart side or atleast provide voucher for the same. Verified Support May 01, 2017 Flipkart Customer Care's response Our team has already said that we will not be able to give any compensation on this. Hence, closing the complaint from our side.
