Flipkart — Hindware 85 L Desert Air Cooler which was delivered on 18th March has not been installed yet though all payments have been made.

The issue that I have experienced was: The air cooler was delivered on 18th March, 2022 and today is 30th March. Till now, I have not received any call from any technician for installation. What the **** is this? I have been a flipkart customer for a long time and I really had a huge faith in you. But, this is never acceptable. I did wait for a few days after getting this product delivered as I thought the technician would call me, but neither any technician, nor any flipkart customer support associate called me. Then I tried to contact your customer care by receiving a callback option on 24th March. I raised a complaint through that call. But till today, I have not received any call from any technician for installation and demo. Is it my fault that I have trusted you for purchasing most of my items? I have been told by the customer support associate that time that the product will be installed by 28th March. But it did not happen. Then I again raised a call back request and the customer support associate have told me that the product will be installed by 31st March. But I have not got any call from any technician yet. Moreover, everyday I am going to my complain page in Flipkart, I can see that they are closing the ticket by saying that the issue has been resolved which is not correct, then again I am re opening this issue. Please look into this issue urgently.

Don't you think that it should be your responsibility to call the customer proactively from your side to know about the installation status rather than waiting for the customer to reach you after facing an issue? Not only the seller but Flipkart is equally responsible for approving such sellers on their online platform who do not keep their commitment.

Rather than calling and giving me false assurance of installation everyday, do some real work please.
