I have purchased the Home Theater through Flipkart as per the details below.
Item :'LOUDSY Best Buy Popularity Powerul Sound Audio Extra Bass...'Seller is BALRAMENTERPRISE, ordered on 06-Jul-2023 and got delivered on 11-Jul-2023. The Order ID is : OD[protected] and it was not opened and verified at the time of delivery.
I have unboxed the same and while checking, I found that one of the speaker is not working (not able to hear any sound)
I got worried and tried to contact with the Flipkart Customer through the numbers which I found from the Internet and I was not able to reach them out.
Later I tried through the Chat bot given for the purpose of raising the issues with the purchased product if any.
But, I got the message like 'Oops Looks like this order does not belong to your account' . so, the Help Center given for the purpose of raising compliant is stopped in this way.
How can I raise if there is no scope to reach them at all.
Kindly help of this and requesting Flipkart to either give Replacement or Refund for this order.
I shall order another product available in the portal with the same price.
I wish to hear from you assp as the window period given by them us 7 Days only for reporting the issue. thanks in advance.'
