[Resolved] Flipkart — hometown bali bolton engineered wood king bed with storage | |||||
We have ordered the above product on sep 20th 2017. The expected date of delivery is oct 26th. But we didn't get any sms or mail regarding the status of the product till 26th. We had to call the flipkart service to know the status and they have mentioned some database issue and the product will get delivered soon. Till 28th oct we didn't get any status of the product and it's still shows 26th oct only. We are looking for the genuine update from the flipkart service. They are not aware of the courier service of the product and we are not sure whom to contact for the proper status. Please find the attached screen shot of flipkart delivery.
