I have ordered honor 106gb ram 128 gb honer mobile, received 6gb ram and138 gb rom mobile - seller (Indiflashmart) 3rd party vendor of flipkart refused to refund. Need you support in order to make this vendor take the materials back from my end. Seller refuses to pick the mobile from me. I have been told the same will be picked up at 10:30 am on 20.10.2018 whereas at 3:43pm on 20.102018 i have received a notification on my flipkart app stating that, you refund rejected, we have delivered your order, thanks for shopping with us. Verified Support Nov 05, 2018 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint regarding the product being defective. We have interacted with the customer and informed that the service engineer has confirmed that the issue has been resolved in customer device. Hence, closing the complaint from our side.
