[Resolved] Flipkart — honor 10 headset replace to soap | |||||
16th june, booked honor 10 headset. 17th June got headset phon. When I open box I see here cloth soap. 19th June Flipkart approved my complained message me replace item and delivered date said 20th June. Courier boy will come but his saying I have information pick to this imei phone. But already I complained phone not here here cloth shop. I talk same time ekart customer care will talk to customer executive his confirmed soap pick to customer than courier boy said to executive mam email to senior pick to customer soap box than I picked. Hello sir my complaint didn't resolved last time 24th, june customer executive confirm me your problem resolved. his said 25th june your product replace. but today courier boy didn't accepted soap box. his saying I haven't update any soap receive his rejected. I am calling flipkart customer service centre his saying reject to whishmaster. his wrong case. but I am already explained 17th june I haven't receive any phone yeah phone accesories related.
