[Resolved]  Flipkart — honor 7a 3gb/32gb

I bought a phone and find bad battery backup and overheating problem. I had given three return requests and they rejected the return saying that there is no problem. I have visited their service center and they are saying to change the battery. I have just used the phone for 2 weeks and i have to change its battery. There is no quality for the product.

I want a refund or replace of product honor 7a.How can I change my battery for two week using? I think the product have been already used by someone and they sent to me in brand box.

I purchased Index 12500 mAh power bank on 17 may 2018 @flipkart.
Now a days it is not get full charge as much time i connected to charger.
As the Warranty period is not over(1 year), i need a replacement for the product.
