[Resolved] Flipkart — honor 7a 3gb/32gb

I bought a phone and find bad battery backup and overheating problem. I had given three return requests and they rejected the return saying that there is no problem. I have visited their service center and they are saying to change the battery. I have just used the phone for 2 weeks and i have to change its battery. There is no quality for the product. I think the product have been already used by someone and they sent to me in brand box. Verified Support Apr 17, 2019 Flipkart Customer Care's response We will revert on it.

I purchased Index 12500 mAh power bank on 17 may 2018 @flipkart.
Now a days it is not get full charge as much time i connected to charger.
As the Warranty period is not over(1 year), i need a replacement for the product.
