[Resolved] Flipkart — honor 9 lite mobile | |||
Hi, I'm chandrakant goyal my registered mobile number is [protected]. I placed an order for honor 9 lite mobile 24 april 2018 and i was promised to deliver it on 25 apr. Suddenly they changed delivery date to 27. Now i called their helpline and they are saying my product is miss routed and it would take 2 more days. 1st let me tell you their cc team is not helpful, i spoke with rupesh he was so annoying and his way of talking was really bad, please take appropriate action. 2nd i want to have my product delivered today at any how at any cost else i would have to cancel it and i'll sue flipkart for wrong promise. I hope you understand my situation it's very urgent for me to have it today. Please please please deliver it today on urgent basis i really don't want to sue you. Verified Support May 05, 2018 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint regarding the delivery of the order. We have interacted with the customer and informed customer that his order has been cancelled as the shipment is mis-routed. The seller has confirmed the refund has been completed on April 28, 2018. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.
