[Resolved] Flipkart — honor 9 lite mobile not received after prepayment | |||||
I have booked honor 9 lite in sale on flipcart on 16 may 2018. With discount offer on hdfc credit card and by flipcart. I have also apply one more offer to exchange old mobile. The issue is this after booking successfully and after shipped order when your executive came to me he reject my old mobile with minor scratch on back only. He gone back without given product to me. So please provide my product asap because flash gone and i can not avail offer again, and i can pay amount in cash instead of cost of exchange old mobile if he is not interested in old mobile. Company hold my payment not giving product and nor payment. I really want my product so please solve my issue. Was this information helpful? | |||||
