[Resolved] Flipkart — honor 9 lite mobile was in offer is not delivered | |||
The order id 0d[protected] was about to deliver it on 22 jan 2018. As said by flipkart "due to logistical issue they are not able to deliver the product". Now flipkart is asking from my end to cancel the order and replace it. Now the same offer is not available in flipkart. I am asking flipkart to provide the same offer or return the offer amount as a compensation towards the delivery issue. Flipkart is not ready for giving the compensation or deliver the product. The executives from consumercomplaints were tracking the order very closely and they made sure my order is delivered within their promised time. Verified Support Jan 29, 2018 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised concern for Delay in delivery . We have interacted with customer, he confirmed that product is delivered to him . Hence, closing complaint.
