[Resolved] Flipkart — honor 9i purchased but set is not as per specification mentioned in the site and also overheating problem | |||||
I have purchased honor 9i on 31 oct 17. Product delivered to me on 06 nov. Product was not as per specification and overheating problem was there. Product was with 10 days refund replaceable warranty. After my complain their engineer is visited and make report. Though he has mentioned that both 4g sim will not work. But he has not mentioned anything about heating. After that flipkart closed the request. And mentioned refund can not be done. Then i asked for replacement or refund again which they are always cancelling. Now again they are asking technician visit for manipulate the report. Was this information helpful? | |||||
