[Resolved]  Flipkart — horrible experience from flipkart

Recently, i have buoyed two items from flipkart. I have a bitter experience regarding the purchases which is stated below.

Case 1.
Order id: od[protected] dt : 16th sept 17
Delivered by: ecommerce courier dt 18th sept 17
Return id:[protected] dt 21st sept 17
Status: refund accepted.
Problem: the delivered material is damaged.
Remarks: as on date, the delivered material is not taken by the courier service. That’s why the refund is not occurred. The item has been purchased by flipkart pay later.

Case 2.
Order id: od[protected] dt : 22nd sept 17
Delivered by: e kart dt 24th sept 17
Problem: installation and demo is not occurred by agency till date though the user got sms on 3rd october 17 those has been completed.

With the continuation of my previous complain, I would like to share that my refund has been completed on 21st October 2017. It happened after one month of making request of return. Though the return is not happened yet .Now a new problem has come..
The order was placed taking the option of pay later. There were several product's order has been placed with the same.

I was then not able to pay the money as because flipkart was not responding. Though I had called several times to the customer care and always mentioned to solve it immediately as 10th October was the due date of September month's pay later option.
One most important thing I have to mention that when I had received the order& found that it was damaged, I was unable to make return request immediately as the status was not updated as delivered for that particular product. Then, after five days when I saw the same status(not updated)shown, I made cancel request as I had the only option to change the status.Then i called the customer care of Flipkart.Every time I received the same reaction that 'They will go through it but didn't do anything'. Then I realized that it might be there intention to make it more delay as the overdue day was nearby. On 6th October i made a complain on consumer forum. After that they called me every day once(i write 'once' because some times they did not bothered to call me again if my number was engaged) to share the update. But when I asked them about penalty charge waive out as the date was already crossed, they did not comment any thing on that.. I told them about pay later.But they did nothing and late fee charges was added with the pay later value.I got my refund back last week.As delay was not due to my fault.It was from their end so why should I pay the extra money.??
When I contact flipkart again to wave it off they behaved very roughly, and tried to fool me by telling return is not done for cosmetic good. Today, i got call from flipkart that they will issue it to the legal department if I not make the total payment.
Now I say I will not make payment a single penny if they will not compensate for the penalty charges, delay &harassment.

And another thing is that I bought a sony led tv delivered on 24th sept confirmed via message that demo and installation would be completed by 27th sept. By a dealer from howrah.I tried to contact the dealer from 27th dept to 3rd oct but they was unreachable.Then on 4th again when I called they told the shop was close for durga puja.This was an unnecessary harresment from flipkart. And the most important thing this time is status was updated on 26th sept that installation and demo is completed.Then again when I contact the dealer they 1st told me demo is already completed.lastly it was complicated before 15th October.
