[Resolved] Flipkart — horrible experience from flipkart | |
Recently, i have buoyed two items from flipkart. I have a bitter experience regarding the purchases which is stated below. Case 1. Order id: od[protected] dt : 16th sept 17 Delivered by: ecommerce courier dt 18th sept 17 Return id:[protected] dt 21st sept 17 Status: refund accepted. Problem: the delivered material is damaged. Remarks: as on date, the delivered material is not taken by the courier service. That’s why the refund is not occurred. The item has been purchased by flipkart pay later. Case 2. Order id: od[protected] dt : 22nd sept 17 Delivered by: e kart dt 24th sept 17 Problem: installation and demo is not occurred by agency till date though the user got sms on 3rd october 17 those has been completed.
