Hello, order Id OD[protected], I have received this order on 10th November and from the same day I have contacted the customer service via chat as well as via Social media.
I am literally getting harrassed here. From that day itself I have contacted at least 50 times with the issue but all I get same Canned responses. Seems like I am talking to a BOT.
Few days back I received a call from a lady named Sameena who was again ROBOT to talk with. Surprisingly she was on recorded call yet she kept lying about the details even when I asked the same thing 5 times to her she was not bothered to check and reply to me but just kept lying.
I received newspaper instead of the item. I was asked to share images of the packaging after 6 days. They didn't called me on the same day neither they called me on the next day (11th) yet Sameena argued that they called but when I told her I am recording the call she instantly changed the statement that they didn't called me on 11th.
Then I received call from 12th and it was a missed call. Again I contacted the customer service reporting the same yet again same response and then next day same thing happen. I faced the same issue until Sameena called and lied about the service.
Now as mentioned the lady asked me share image of the packaging after 6 days and I said how do you expect me to keep the packaging with newspaper safe for 6 days. Well she kept arguing like a ROBOT.
Still not sure what she wanted to check if the item was completely missing. She didn't even raised complaint.
She instead told me she will close complaint and if I share images then I will have to reply to her email and I did. Few days crossed no replies on that too.
Again I contacted social media team and from last 2 days I am again speaking with a BOT who keeps saying the same thing instead of calling me.
I just want to know how many times does FLIPKART expect me to raise and keep contacting the customer service until I get the resolution.
Horrible service. No doubt Amazon is much better than Flipkart here. At least they know how to deal with customers.
